7:40 Big plus for the it sector right I was I was already working from home because was in California whereas so I was basically working because and one one another big thing was for me it was like it was my dream that you know I work in New York so which was like very important for me because I wanted and I was Al worked in Bombay like this is initially going back you know just so it was for me it was always like you know what it means to work in a busy place you know like you know in the morning so these are some things which you Aspire you know maybe small things but I used to come back and you know we used to have this conversation and I think that's one thing probably which is gone to my you know Propel my younger son to actually do his degree there in New York but that's something which was like you know that city is brings in a lot of I mean it's like you know anyone can kind of make it you know be be big small people are very open you you kind of see the small joints you kind of enjoy the aroma of coffee or ugly morning

8:41 Thing people are doing their work and everything and you go through the bridges and everything so I I always used to want to work there which is really great so did that for like you know seven years after coming back so I was like okay now I think it's time like I was like okay what do what do we do next right so I think it was like 2020 it all became you know working it was it was really a painful time at that point in time but some PES also happened at the same time so that was the time when Atria bought the house here we came down here we looked at and he had just started his relationship with shria we met their parents and we were like okay for him also it was like he can actually do business here and we were all like okay we can all work remotely why not we move to Michigan move to Michigan you know but the only thing was Arian because he was now in his 11th

9:43 Right 10th 10th 10th and that was he was in a great School District a very competitive School District in New Jersey and he was all like you know he was doing very well he had a great set of friends he was like okay another change in life and you will not believe we drove it was a 8 and a half hour Journey for us we always love to drive two cars but but while going back Atria was here and we made a decision we said okay let's put the foundation what's going to happen if we move to Michigan so Daddy are you okay mommy you can work remotely okay let us see how this is going to work Atria you are going to be here Arian for you it's going to be the school right School play because you know 9th 10th 11th 12th is very important for them to go into the next St so here is we then we said we told Arian see it's actually good because you have a great set of friends you understand how things are there but you will build a new set of friends here

12:01 Fantastic Mentor role as an elder brother who's 9 years apart Atri and Aran get along very well earlier it was or phone or video call but here the bonus the carrot is always like how when we went to India parents and uncles aunts or cousins were the carrots to dangle here it is his own wonderful sibling and soon to be sister-in-law they're all right here and and with the limitation that he did say that like okay I'll miss my friends and I miss my beautiful school but yes I've already tried this going to Bangalore coming back to New Jersey and U yes let us give it a shot he was again like his mom he to Bent backwards made it happen and then he agreed to yeah all our decisions and I think yeah see and also to 2020 if you actually remember all the schools were online yes right yes so so one I think part of it worked for him

13:03 Like the the first six months he did all the classes online so he was able to kind of you know understand you know how it was but yes he missed the you know the the theaction and everything but after that you know the next year they he started going to school either ways

14:21 Yes it's very it's it's Finance driven and everything whereas here you have this geopolitical and always from a long time I think Arian was very interested he loved history right he loves and I kind of know and and over a period of time for me I keep telling you know if I have to do I will go back and do probably something in economics because that's something just fascinates me today to look at all these things right economics is such a fantastic so we keep talking about this so for Aran I think that was probably a big plus he came here he started talking to a lot of people a lot of different clubs lot of different ways in how and he improved he loves to write he loves to write so and his other skills really improved and I think that was a big plus and guess what he did he he's has a great set of friends here and he introduced those friends to the New Jersey friends and he makes it a point to make sure that you know he gets everyone together and then

31:03 Just have one question again you mentioned about lot of your friends you know the good friends that you made in India they also moved back so they are also part of this journey so if you can generalize is there a theme or is there something you know I know everybody's story is unique everybody circumstances are unique I'm just curious because this is also very valuable information from you I I mean if there's a general Trend or a generalized thing that you can comment on that you know because of they lived in us for some time I mean at least a decade or more they also went back to India spent you know quite some time there and they for some reason decided to move back which is the most common reason like you know why did they move or like what made them move again I know I just was looking for a generalized I mean if there is anything that you can share there as a general Trend and you also me they might be moving back which is okay I think you know but that I'm curious on that if you can comment on that sure again not to sound stereotypical but most of us in

32:06 General Our Lives revolve around family friends Etc so at least going by what we hear from our fellow friends and some family members story is more or less the same they all move to India one is to continue building their career and be close to their family parents and their respective relatives or the a closely nit family similar during the time where kids are ready to get into say undergrad or a master's program most of us returned back again not to undermine India India has great schools in engineerings and or other non-engineering schools art and such but still sometimes being exposed which is what both rangan and I always tell even within our Next Generation kids please study outside not necessarily only in India study in India too but keep that exposure on so that when you learn a lot you become more practical in life you

33:06 Learn something different than what you really learn in India because certain schooling or rather the approach to teaching itself here is much different compared to what India is both have great pluses there nothing that we should look down upon Etc so these friends as you wanted to know they also more or less when we hear them out the similar story that when their kids were ready to come down during undergrad or some of them actually felt better opportunities during their ha days when they are in 30s and 40s they returned back now it is more or less the same time their parents are still healthy enough and it's a time to go spend time with them when it matters as far as they are concerned plus of course now kids are ready to have their own journey and have another story to tell and they can continue living in US Europe or Global or if they prefer to also join with us
